Hi @dimitrious1

Could be congestion, could be interference, could be router software could be many different issues but fluctuations are expecting from time to time.

Try restarting your router.

Thanks

@dimitrious1 The Ethernet nic on the PC on 10G or 2.5G what does it sync to for the ONT wan connection on up/down.

Would expect you to see 2500/2500 as the ONT has a reported 2.5Gb/s interface.

And as @Northerner has pointed out, time to reset your Pro and get back to the baseline configuration, you may wish to state if you also have any smartwireless Pro modules, or hanging a mesh off the Pro Router. Anything else connected on the Ethernet ports switches, etc that may try to clamp the port speed down apart from your Wan.

@dimitrious1 You may wish to go see what the router has for the sync speed then!

@dimitrious1 - like @JimM11 says, what is the Ethernet negotiation rate between the hub's WAN port and the Openreach ONT? You can see that by clicking the 'Status' tile in the hub manager. There seems to be a bug that's mis-counting the negotiation rate slightly but you get the picture, should show 2.44Gbps: -

If you run a speedtest to the hub using the EE app then what does that tell you?

Do you have any Wi-Fi devices that can achieve > 1Gbps?

Yes it does show 2.44gbps
Sent from my iPhone

And speedtest via the app?

Are any of your Wi-Fi devices able to get > 1Gbps?

Has the hub been factory reset?

@bobpullen OP has yet to confirm also what the 10Gb/s and the 2.5Gb/s nics of the PC are syncing at even if to an extender never mind the hub.
