Web Protect settings - allowing an exception

I recently moved to EE (new hub) from BT.

A Belgian store that I use regularly won't now connect in Safari or Chrome. It's giving the 'secure connection' in Safari and the blocked site message in Chrome.

I've discovered Web Protect settings here: https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/web-protect ; showing sites blocked, so went looking to unblock that safe site. It wasn't in the list of blocks, though.

I looked for a way I can add a safe exception, since I can't find that specific one in the previously blocked list? Can't see that.

I tired to access the site on my iphone, it wouldn't connect, but now my iphone block does show in the WebProtect settings.

That only gives me the option to unblock on that one device for an hour!

Is there no way in these settings to make it always allow a trusted, known site, on any device on my EE connection?

THanks!

Thanks.

Any objection to sharing the URL/address for the store?

I imagine you're at the mercy of either disabling Web Protect entirely, or taking it up with EE to correct the website classification.

None at all 🙂   It was in the screenshot but I didn't make that obvious.

@J_me , I have just tried the link and it works for me, no problem.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

That's weird! I did eventually get the url to work if i turn off Web Protect totally, or use Web Protect to allow for an hour, but other wise it won't load 🤷‍♂️
