EE iPad A16 WiFi £100 with broadband

Hello,

I'm trying to claim the iPad A16(WiFi) for £100, this was an offer that was available if you purchased broadband over 500mbs. I have the 1.6gbs Ultimate and was told on the app chat and on a phone call that I'm eligible and I will receive a email. However the offer has been taken off from what I can see and I still haven't received the email.

Hopefully I would like to think even if promo ended they would have to honour it since they told me I would have it within 7 days and have not yet received it.

Yes but I do t think you should worry about it as they didn’t send you code due to their mistake not yours. You still should be able to get what they offered you.

@GavinMonk Looks like you were one off the lucky one's then, EE sure have messed big time with that promotion, good deal getting a £400 ipad for a £100 price, loss leader that one, virtually free wifi for 10 months at £30,,, that would be the best Compensation for all the loser's that EE did not respond by.

@Bzyku Although you posted all the details up then nothing much after that, did YOU also get and apply before the Promo ended time wise?

I’ve submitted multiple complaint forms online and had no response, EE this is terrible!!! You can’t promise someone something when signing up and not give them it.

@SafffonBurrows If you are serious about this, then only EE CS can sort it out in any way shape or form, following any guidance that is given / supplied by the Forum EE Team members...
