Hello,

I'm trying to claim the iPad A16(WiFi) for £100, this was an offer that was available if you purchased broadband over 500mbs. I have the 1.6gbs Ultimate and was told on the app chat and on a phone call that I'm eligible and I will receive a email. However the offer has been taken off from what I can see and I still haven't received the email.

A previous similar offer did state would get a text within 15-30 days so this may well work the same way

If you have placed your order before July 3rd and have not received your voucher after 45 days, you will need to contact our customer care team who can complete a webform to get this escalated @Poppy82 @M8G1CM1k3

Hope this helps,

Katie

So is it 14 or 45 days? I had been advised by agents it's 14 days.

When I phoned EE I was told that I'd be able to see the offer in my rewards after the 14 day cooling off period, from which point I would have 30 days to claim the offer. So are you saying that the offer will be available to me any time between day 15 and day 45, from which point I have a further 30 days to claim it? Also is it calendar days or working days please?
thank you.

@M8G1CM1k3 & @Poppy82

Yes that is right, the process wont start until the end of the cooling off period, then you will receive a code within 30 days of your cooling off period ending, via text and email, which you can then use on the website for the discount.

So you should get the code anywhere between 15-45 calendar days post purchase, if you haven't recieved the code after 45 days please get in touch and our team will help get one sent to you. The code must be used by 4th September.

Hi @Quems009,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

If you ordered your broadband on 29th June, it does take up to 45 days post purchase to receive the code so it is still within the expected timescale at the moment. If you have not recieved it within those 45 days, please get in touch and our team will help get the voucher sent to you to claim the discounted iPad.

Hi Alex,

I too am trying to claim the iPad I was offered when I purchased broadband. I contacted them today to ask how I go about claiming this, to be told by the advisor they had never heard of this offer. They advised me they would listen to the call and let me know. After 15 minutes on hold they came back to me and said they were unable to retrieve the call so couldn’t honour the offer?
what can I do in this situation please?
