Hello,

I'm trying to claim the iPad A16(WiFi) for £100, this was an offer that was available if you purchased broadband over 500mbs. I have the 1.6gbs Ultimate and was told on the app chat and on a phone call that I'm eligible and I will receive a email. However the offer has been taken off from what I can see and I still haven't received the email.

A previous similar offer did state would get a text within 15-30 days so this may well work the same way

If you have placed your order before July 3rd and have not received your voucher after 45 days, you will need to contact our customer care team who can complete a webform to get this escalated @Poppy82 @M8G1CM1k3

Hope this helps,

Katie

So is it 14 or 45 days? I had been advised by agents it's 14 days.

When I phoned EE I was told that I'd be able to see the offer in my rewards after the 14 day cooling off period, from which point I would have 30 days to claim the offer. So are you saying that the offer will be available to me any time between day 15 and day 45, from which point I have a further 30 days to claim it? Also is it calendar days or working days please?
thank you.
