EE customer service is going downhill

I have been an Orange customer then changed to EE for 25+ years and I was wanting to see what broadband and landline deals were available online before deciding what deal to go through with, however broadband deals are not available to existing EE customers on the website and want you to phone them up to discuss a deal. I have tried to use online chat to ask for a list of deals available only to be disconnected by the agent without any contact.

I am now considering looking at other broadband providers and leaving EE after being loyal for so long.

Which EE Broadband plan are you currently on? Which router do you have at the moment?

If you are on a Legacy EE Broadband plan (Standard Broadband, Fibre, Fibre Plus, Fibre Max, Full Fibre Max) this may explain the requirement to call, as they will have undertake the process to migrate you to New EE Broadband (Fibre/Full Fibre Essentials, All Rounder or Full Works).

You can go to https://ee.co.uk/broadband while signed out of your account where you will be able to see what deals are available as a new customer - this should align with what you would be offered as an out-of-contract Legacy EE Broadband customer migrating to New EE.

Important that you do not purchase your Broadband via this method however, as it will not link to your current EE ID Account - requiring you to call in order to make everything match up.

If you are a current EE Mobile customer also, you would qualify for the EE One Mobile Benefits upon taking out and linking New EE Broadband to your EE ID as shown at https://ee.co.uk/ee-one
