Hi. Can any one change EE to other provider?  What is cast for you

If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.

My contract start in January 2025. And very unhappy about service broadband and mobile and costumer service. I want cancel all service. I spend 47£ for broadband and always is problem. Can't provide good service  let people leave easy. 

 

@Stanoman , if you want to leave, you will be liable to pay for the rest of your contract, but first, what problems are you having, maybe explain here, we may be able to help?

I don't want waste my time to speak to EE. They fix now and after 2 days all back again. Mobile just come in big town, network gone . I can open train ticket on my phone no network.  Everyone try fix but can't.  But I received all the time messages in my address network without problem, but I not living at my address only i travelling in UK.
