BT account to EE does not incluse the full Noton that was free with BT

I had free Norton with my BT account was sold then renual of my BT to transfer to EE 

was told yes full Norton was included many times

Again just checked as I cold not find settings  and have been  told todaay that Cyber Security is not the full package

and wold have had to pay £2.50 per month  thats £30 per year ( its cheaper to purchase Norton from Amazon for a year cost about £13 )

Hope this info helps others 

Terrible service will make offical complaint as all call recorded by myself

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? You only get Cyber Security with Full Works plans.

yes I agree but cannot get in to settings or anything like scans

and trying to talk and getting  anwers from EE guide waste of time
