Hi all,
Wondering if anyone could give me advice. It's my activation day with EE (switching from Vodafone) but my hub is just flashing orange.
I know it says it can take up to midnight to activate but I have received emails and text messages from EE to say my broadband is up and running. So then when I run a diagnostic check it says there's a problem and suggests to schedule an engineer.
What should I do? Wait the full day in the hope it's starts working? Or trust the diagnostic bot and schedule an engineer?
Any help would be appreciated,

I'd wait until tonight & if it's not up call CS in the A.M.

@SpenceSir Stick the vodafone hub back on, if it is working, then you have not been switched over yet!
