@JonT69 Think from your other post back you are on an FTTC copper connection and with the EE Smart Hub 6+ SH31B model. You need to go check again were it is at with the new FW versions and see that all off your settings are still current on the Hub. The connection could have just went out OR/EE side that will be indicated by the led state.

Thanks Jim and for all your excellent contributions.
Checked the firmware and I appear to have had the latest update so gave everything another reboot today and it’s all online and working.
Fingers crossed it stays that way!

@JonT69 All you can do now is keep an eye on it all, take the step back if anything untoward appears out off the blue with it!
New FW is such a pain at times especially when you had a working system that did behave itself before hand!
