EE Smart Hub Pro White list

I have a Heatmiser Neohub and the manufacturer has said to allow the Neohub unrestricted access to the internet I may need to add it to a white list in the firewall. They said to add the Neo hub Mac address to the list. Is this possible on the Smart Hub Pro?

Cheers

@Huggons1  Did you have to do this with your previous router?

No, just seems to be a glitch with the Smart hub pro.

Have factory reset the both devices too

There is no such whitelist. Any device on your LAN will have unrestricted access to the Net. It just can't be accessed unsolicited from outside.

@Huggons1  Just to check and I know this shouldn’t matter but is your device ( phone or tablet ) connected to 2.4Ghz and not 5Ghz ?      It should just be plug it in the router ( not a switch) and set it up.   It should automatically be given a IP address by the router.   Which version do you have ?

Plugged in with ethernet and the device connects via 2.4 GHz band on ZigBee channel 11
