EE Perks

I had EE perk on my broadband for my 24 month contract but recently renewed over the phone to a new contract and mentioned adding a new EE perk discount code to my new contract and was told I can do this later and I have been trying to find somewhere online to do this and I'm having no luck, I have also tried calling and have just been told I can't do this over the phone. Can someone please help!

No, only by phone. Discount codes may be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading or if it wasn't by calling CS within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be applied mid-term.
