I have a Ultimate subscription as one of my Inclusive perks, which is confirmed on my account...
But the Game Pass app is telling me it's a normal subscription, which means I'm unable to cloud game on my phone...
( I have checked in my Microsoft account & that also tells me it's an Ultimate subscription provided by EE... ) ~ Is there an issue with the app currently?...
Or is this to do with Microsoft raising Xbox Game Pass Ultimate prices from £12.99 a month to £14.99 & EE have not updated this?...

Have you just recently added the Ultimate Game Pass to your mobile number and this is the first time you are trying to use the Cloud gaming or were you using it previously and it has recently stopped ?
It is still the Ultimate version that we offer with Cloud gaming and it sounds like this is confirmed when checking your Microsoft account online. If it is just the app that is saying otherwise, have you tried re-installing and relogging into the Game pass app?
Do you have another device, another phone or computer you use which you could test the Cloud gaming feature on to see if works there?

Yes, I've had Game Pass Ultimate for a while now through EE... ( And until recently it has been working okay, though I'm do not use it regularly, but I do regularly update the app... ) ~
I have also tried uninstalling & re-installing the app + clearing cache etc... ( Which has helped some times, but the app then reverts back to telling me I'm not on Ultimate or unable to connect to my account etc... ) ~
I have tried using it on my other mobile device & the same happens... ( Also the app when loading the main page appears very laggy... ) ~
My phone & other devices have been feeling laggy & acting strangely with other apps such as YouTube & Chrome browser... ( I also keep my devices regularly updated, with system security patches & latest software updates... + have lots of storage space available on the device, so I don't think it's related to that... )
Today the Game Pass app seems to be working okay...
If it starts happening again, would it be okay to reply again via this particular thread?...
