Perks At Work - EE Broadband - Discount Code Not Working

Limitless

Hello All,

Unfortunately I have been having a nightmare trying to apply the EE Corporate Pricing Discount for the broadband services.

From the PerksAtWork website, I navigate to the link they provide. This takes me to the EE Home Broadband page. I then enter the code and select unlock.

The webpage confirms the code being applied by stating “Thanks for clicking through our trusted partner”.

Unfortunately from here (once I have entered my post code) it does not show me any discount pricing for any of the plans. The terms state only 24 month contracts (which i have selected) but still no joy.

I have even tried creating an EE account and then looking at the deals page, but unfortunately again no joy.

EE New sales team state they cannot help either by applying the discount and has to be done online via the portal.

Can someone please kindly help?

Hey there @Limitless.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

When exactly is it asking you to enter your code, is this prior to the page where it will display your offers?
Have you had a chance to try this from a different device or browser, too?

Peter

Hi Peter

Many thanks for the welcome!

Yes, the code is applied in a pop up type window as shown below:

I then enter my discount code and select Unlock. From here on the main page, I proceed to enter my post code and then look up the deals, but unfortunately does not apply the discount.

I have tried different browsers, different devices, accepted cookies but no joy.

Thanks for confirming that for us, @Limitless!

How much is the discount that the code you've received is supposed to offer?
It may be a case that the plans being presented are with an existing promotional discount, so this wouldn't apply.

Peter

Hi Peter

There is no mention of any promotion currently running on the website. I have been looking at the 500mbps package at £34.99 and can’t see any mention of this price being on offer.

in regards to the actual discount amount - this isn’t mentioned unfortunately.

If possible can you please post a screenshot of the offer you've seen here @Limitless?
I know we offer discounts on mobile via our Perk Portal and a few other providers, but I've not come across this for broadband before.

@Limitless Thanks for clarifying. I have double checked on a perks at work account and the result was the same. I also cannot find any information on the campaign our side. With it not mentioning any actual specific discount  I am not sure this is still a valid offer.

As the offer is through perks at work I would recommend getting in touch with them to check if it is still actually available, if  and if it is they should be able to raise it through their own channels to help get the offer working on our website.

Hi @Alex_H,

I similarly checked on a Perks At Work account and at first it seemed as though it was related to Legacy EE Broadband, with some of the descriptions referring to BrightBox routers etc.

However the Terms & Conditions on the offer have been updated to refer to elements of the New EE BB plans ("Our broadband discounts are only available on our 24 month Essentials plans (excluding speeds over 900Mbps)" as well as mentioning the £3 per annum price adjustment.

@Matt_124 : "per annum"?
