EE Perk NHS

Can anyone confirm if NHS pensioners can avail of EE Perk?  I have tried uploading pension statement and BLC card but i get message back "Unfortunatly your document has failed our verification process".

Thanks for coming to the community.

To be eligible for EE Perk, you would need to be currently employed by the NHS with a valid NHS email address or a valid work photo ID.
