EE Broadband APP WifI Controls not working

I have recently signed up to EE Broadband.   My broadband is working fine, however the APP WiFi controls feature and the Wifi enhancer are not available on the app or via the website.   An error message appears and states it is a problem with EE.  I  have spoken with the technical team at EE on two occasions and they have recommended i reinstall the APP and restart the router.  I have now done this many times and the APP features are still not working.   This is very very VERY frustrating!    I am going in circles with the EE technical team and it is not clear how or if this will be resolved.  EE is not living up to expectations.  If there is an issue, i would prefer EE acknowledge the fault and advise when it will be fixed rather than directing me to do the same thing over and over again (i.e reinstall the app).   Can anybody help?   Is this new feature just a myth?

Having the same issue since switching to EE, its frustrating, can't manage the hub to limit kids access. 

I have also done the usual, uninstall app and reinstall,  reboot router....

Has anyone got their's working since start of this thread?

Same issue. BB working fine but BB controls through app not working. 
just says it’s their fault and they’re working on it? 

can’t set parental controls or set up groups to manage individual connections. 
just hoping they’ll sort out out.

Don't think it's fair of EE to charge the extra £10 per month for my
Complete WiFi package if you cannot use it as it's meant to be used! The
decent thing to do would be to suspend paying the extra charge until the
problem is resolved!

Will EE be compensating us for being unsuspecting BETA testers?

I don't understand why this properly BETA tested prior to launch?

I have to agree - quite disappointing to roll out a service that isn't fully functional for a number of customers.

I am having the same issue, have been patient for weeks but this is a feature that made me go with ee so I'm not very happy at all!

me as well! Broadband works fine, but no access to the wifi controls via the app!
