Does the EE Smart hub support Multicast, mDNS and IGMP Snooping?

Hi everyone. I am having an issue with my Eve Outdoor Cam (EOC), a HomeKit enabled security camera that connects to my EE router via Wi-Fi. The (EOC) periodically switches into 'idle' mode, which means, effectively, it stops working.

Eve Systems' tech support's latest suggestion is that I ensure that my router supports "Multicast, mDNS and IGMP Snooping". I've had a look around the Hub Manager (including all the advanced options), and I've not been able to find a reference to , mDNS or IGMP Snooping.

Does anyone out there know if the EE Smart Hub supports Multicast, mDNS and IGMP Snooping protocols ( which I believe are also known as Bonjour)?

Thank you!

Thanks for that information. My TVs connect to the DLNA Server on my PC if I turn the PC on., but not the Freeview box DLNA Server. It worked fine when I was using EE 4G broadband on a TP-Link 4g router, but stopped working when the EE (not so) Smart Router was installed on Fibre to the cabinet broadband.
