Discount ended

Seems I had a discount and now it's ended it was worth £6 can't remember why I got a discount but I hadn't realised as everything online. Just remember signing up and them quoting so much a month for broadband and now they want more. I signed up 18months ago. So does anyone remember what discounts were for or if there are discounts now I could try and get to save money.

You have reached the end of your min. contract term. Your bill will increase at that time as you would've been informed when you took it out. You can see this even now with EE's current offers:

Fibre Plus Broadband
  • 54-73 Mb/s estimated download speed range
  • £27 a month, 24 month contract, then £32 a month

Which EE BB package do you have?

Instead of letting your current contract run on at the higher price, all you have to do is commit to a new 24-month contract for the same BB package at a lower price than you are paying now. You can do this online thro' your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan .

Hi @Loopyloo792

If this was a tariff specific discount then it will expire once your minimum contract term expires. After three months if you remain on your tariff you will receive a 10% discount. See here:

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/end-of-contract-notification...

Alternatively you can upgrade to a SIM only or further mobile contract.

Thanks

Not true! Applies to mobiles only, not BB.
