Hi,
This morning I received a new Smart Hub Plus from EE. I was expecting SH31B model but received instead a SH30A hub. Is there any differences between the two?
Thank you

Well it took me 5 phone calls and convincing 8 different people that I should have one as they advertised it when I switched. After all of that it seems I have the previous generation!

Glad I have given something to the Community! As long as it works and is stable I am not too bothered ... who knows in the future they might upgrade me as I don't have the more common SH31B 😎

I don't have either, but do they both have DSL ports, or is one just a DSL version?

Both routers have a grey DSL port.
The images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

Nope both have identical rears except this one does not have Red WAN but a yellow one like the Smart Hub 2023 so might be only 1Gb. I also noticed something else ... there is a "Main WiFI" and a "Compatible WiFi", plus you can switch off WiFi completely which I can't see on the SH31B console page (or that one was faulty).

FYI: Looks like it has done a firmware upgrade as well as GUI upgrade in the last hour and all these options have appeared since.

@drmeister Capture the screens as best you can, just in case FW updates jump in and remove any good that it had/has now.
