Ive been moved from BT to EE and was reconnected today, however apart from two emails detailing the plan, i do not have anything saying how to access EE bills like account number.  My BT webpage is just showing "Sorry we cant get your account details at the moment'

I had the same thing with our phones. Had to ring up for the a/c numbers. It’s all geared up to phone calls and txts. All well and good but at least with the 10 pages BT used to send us, there’d be an acc number.

Have you tried the EE app, or browsing to EE, putting in your email, then doing “Forgot PW”, and following that routine?

Your email should be your identifier.

After this month’s round of bills I’ll be deleting my old BT app altogether. It now lists no products in it.

@UTS1885 As @Minkey1 has pointed out, either give them a call, or wait and hope that more info is supplied, via your e-mails, will take a little working out and you cannot decipher anything from the DD as they randomise the Account number.

Ah, OK. I’ve been going long enough to have a couple of bills, and if I look at a bill pdf in the app I can see the acc number in the clear.

Good luck.

@Minkey1 : You can't read your bills until you've linked your BB to your EE a/c. You can't link your BB until you know its a/c no. You can't see your a/c no. until you've read your bills. Catch 22!

@XRaySpeX

In my case I could see my BB & TV in 1 acc on the 1 app from Day 1? The phones are separate somewhere else and whilst I was told last week by Exec Complaints that they’d raise a request to put them in the 1 app I can’t get them on the 1 bill till next yr. Seems to me that effectively I’m dealing with 2 separate coys. And none of this is made clear when they push you from BT to EE.
