Hi,

This morning I received a new Smart Hub Plus from EE. I was expecting SH31B model but received instead a SH30A hub. Is there any differences between the two?

Thank you

I am finding it quite unstable ... multiple Hub self-reboots per day 😞

@drmeister : Have you noticed whether the SH30A has Save & Restore facilities?

No - I have seen it but maybe it was on the previous Smart Hub 2023. Just checked all the options on the SH30a and there is no Save & Restore feature.

Stopped WiFi services - plugged separate Asus ZenWiFi mesh ... reboots have suddenly stopped happening ... coincidence or solution?

Indeed … I don’t know why all these ISPs try to invent their own when they can just offer super duper tech already out there. Surely they make their money with the service not their labelled tech? Anyway - yes loving it and it has outrageous amount of config if one is so inclined. Seems very stable and no complaints … fingers crossed!

@drmeister It's all about support, you have to think of the people from EE that have to deal with issues, and a badly configured router can be a nightmare to troubleshoot that is why an ISP router is SO locked down to keep sticky fingers away from doing any harm....
