I shouldn't think so. They are not v. dear.

You can easily buy 1 in a shop. If you have Full Fibre you need a cat 5E Ethernet cable. Otherwise you need a DSL cable.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Which cable did you cut?

A) the one between the Phone Socket and router

B) the one between the router and the Fibre ONT?

C) the phone line going to the socket

D) The fibre cable from outside that goes into the Fibre ONT

A & B you can buy yourself (eg on Amazon)

C & D will require EE to send an engineer , and there most likely will be a charge
