Afternoon, One and all.
Connection issues! Having been using the internet this morning all was fine and dandy, popped to the shops while out I got a notification that my internet had failed over to StarLink. When I returned home the PON light on the ONT was solid red, I have checked all the connections and fibre cable for damage (connection and cable all good ) then switch the power off for 30 mins or so to see if that helped. but nothing. On hold to EE at the moment to see what they can do.
I can see that there are any issue logged online
Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue
My service is the 1.6gig,

@Cicada3301 Do you use the EE app, you can check the service status for area specific at your end. PON red then the connection is down at OR/EE end currently. Right in the middle off that web page also linked below.

After talking with the Automated system, it seems that I shall need an engineer to visit, so they are booked for Thursday AM, Once theu have been I shall update you with the outcome.
