How does anyone ever get to contact customer services? Everything is menus that do not help. If you select broadband it is then a range of texts and proposed phone calls that don’t even ring then say there is a missed call when it did t ring! EE is now a total nightmare to what it used to be. I don’t think the merge with BT did them any favours.

Have you tried the Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 3. I always get thro' to a person straightaway w/out going thro' further menus.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello @JH822 ,

Welcome to the community,

I have rung EE for both broadband and mobile and there is always help, not sure why you are having problems, but there is a free number you can ring if you click on the contact EE at the top here, which you may find easier to use instead.

Anything anyone can help you with here, so long as it is not account related?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

All the phone numbers wont answer. This is beyond Ridiculous. How on earth they expect anyone to stay with them when it's such hassle to upgrade.

No problem @beckykeir123

Have a lovely weekend.

Leanne.

Over the last two days I must have spent a couple of hours trying to get through without success.

The only thing that works with EE is when they are taking money from you - they are super efficient at that!

I'm going to Google how to move my number to another supplier.
