I cannot contact you via phone and you keep cutting my broadband off so I have no way of contacting you,

@Burrillrobert :Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

@Burrillrobert If you are having BB issues, use your mobile if EE have it registered in your account, and text HELP to 66033, it initiates a line check all the way through hub and to devices, if they find something wrong then you will get text back guiding you what to do next. Copy of the help below explains a little. Works well if you are on the new EE service!
