Can’t add WiFi 7 to my broadband keeps saying something went wrong on ee side

I’m trying to upgrade my WiFi to wifi 7 and it keeps comming up sorry something happen on our end

@Matty-2024   what broadband service do you have at the moment?

Not all packages work with the WiFi7 router.

Are you looking also to upgrade speeds, if so how long have you had your existing package>

I’ve got the all rounder package I want faster speeds I have only got 900
at the moment so would like to upgrade to WiFi 7 with faster speeds

@Matty-2024   do you have digital voice>

And as before how long have you had your current service?

The 1.6Gb package is not available with Digital Voice, and if you are a legacy EE Customer there are restrictions also.

You may have to give Customer Services a call if these answers do not apply to you to see what is going wrong.

ah OK, then all I can suggest you give customer services a call.

Let us know how you get on though, keen to understand why it is not working.

I can’t even talk to them online

I have always found them easy enough to speak to when I have had to call them.

@Matty-2024 If still current then also is affected that you cannot have EE TV also, 2 issues, voice and tv on the top two packages...

I only have broadband with them
