Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I have tried to switch power off and on and tried to turn off box at back. But still no Internet. I've had to use mobile hotspot. sick of this carry on

Is this routine maintenance? If so, when is it scheduled to end? Didn't receive any notification. Panicking as WFH.

My internet connection has gone on my broadband. I take it must be because EE are doing some kind of maintenance?
