Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

The same the light is green but no internet

To everyone with router's lights normal and BB connected but no Internet :

 

This is not maintenence, routine or not. This is a rare national outage whereby EE itself has been completely cut off from the Internet.

 

Hopefully it should be fixed by mid morning at the latest.

Apparently there was an EE maintenance carried out but wasn’t informed.

10 hours is not "a little while".  Does EE not have the technology to email or message their customers to give advanced warning?
