Charges without usage

Hi, Admin please I returned my Broadband since January when I changed address and I'm still being charged the monthly subscription till tomorrow I even called the EE Customer service and the gave me a QR code which i used to return it through royal mail

You may have you returned your kit but did you cancel your contract by giving EE 30 days notice as required? If not, your contract runs on with you having to pay for it.

OR did you ask EE to move your BB to your new addy?

I called that I already changed address that I want to cancel and return
which they provided a Qr for me to return and I returned it in January

You will need to pay for 30 days notice from when you phoned up & told them you wanted to cancel. That will you into Feb. Why you then have pay from then until mid-Mar, we couldn't say. You'll need to take this up with CS.
