Hi all....I got a message stating my fibre 150 contract was finishing next month but the deals online are different to what was offered over the phone....I can get the 900 for 34 quid which is less than what I'm paying now....lady on the phone said to do it online but every time I try it it say I have already got broadband....keep going in circles and she cannot hive me that deal as it's not on her system....any help would be great....and the auto messaging is a waste of time

@Andy_Mullin New customer get's new deals, you as an existing customer do not get the deals. If you do it online you will see what is offered and what you will pay!
