Hi all....I got a message stating my fibre 150 contract was finishing next month but the deals online are different to what was offered over the phone....I can get the 900 for 34 quid which is less than what I'm paying now....lady on the phone said to do it online but every time I try it it say I have already got broadband....keep going in circles and she cannot hive me that deal as it's not on her system....any help would be great....and the auto messaging is a waste of time

@Andy_Mullin New customer get's new deals, you as an existing customer do not get the deals. If you do it online you will see what is offered and what you will pay!

@Andy_Mullin Where and when for 24 Months EE Discounted the package that you had, yes they would love you to renew and stay another 24 months, they may even give you a slight reduction to do that, as for getting a new customer HUGE discount that is probably not going to happen in any EE or ISP renewal!
If you want a low price then it may just take the moving over to a ISP as a new customer, all down to what you wish to do!

I was in the same position recently and couldn't get a decent deal to stay.
So I started the move to Sky and the next day I got a call from retentions and got a better deal than was being offered to new customers. Even better there was no increase in price until 2027.
