I’ve just today changed my broadband and Tv from BT to EE. I’ve had a text to advise it has now changed, but no information on a password for the EE internet, I’m still on BT internet. My hub hasn’t been changed, I was advised it would automatically change. Please advise on password for EE and the name of the EE Wi-Fi as there are 2 options showing when I’ve looked at it

@Cesca1 If you have any e-mails from EE check incase they may have went into a spam box? If your hardware has not changed from BT to EE, then everything is still the same for your home broadband router to internet. You will have a new EE ID and account number hopefully in the welcome to EE e-mail! New hardware may not be supplied if EE/BT deem what you have is good enough. You can also get to everything through your MyBT account ID in the meantime.

My broadband is much slower now changed from bt to ee. This is not right. Getting poorer service for same subscription.

@Clockhse57 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

That image is on your own device which we can't see from here. Use the Camera icon above your text to upload an image file to here.

I’ve recently been switched, no real notice or choice, to EE from BT, with no warning apart from an Email. I didn’t request it and have no idea whether I have the same contract/price. I was with TalkTalk for many years, but when I moved 6 years ago TalkTalk don’t cover my area so I had to change supplier, to BT.
My Broadband is due to change tomorrow 22nd. They sent new equipment which arrived 7pm yesterday, which I’ve not connected.
I’m being forced, without any proper warning, to switch again. It’s not right! EE didn’t ask me if I wanted to remain a Customer when it took out BT, it just swapped me from my original BT account to their new one. Looking back through my Emails they even charged me £5 a few weeks ago afor the Privilege - What! I didn’t notice at the time, what a Cheek!

@June65 : Which new kit have you been sent (read label or post a pix)? Chances are you may connect it immediately if your type of BB hasn't changed in the move from BT to EE.
