@spooky13161961 Then you just may also have a mobile issue and / or a poor wireless wifi signal, make sure the window is open whatever you decide to throw.

Based on what you've described here, am I correct in thinking you have a home broadband connection with a connectivity backup?
This is designed to keep you connected if there is a broadband outage, but I can appreciate it's still frustrating if this is happening regularly.
Have you ever taken any steps to address these drop outs?
We have an automated fault checker which runs through some troubleshooting steps, will check your line, and if needs be get you an engineer appointment or call back from our team.

@Peter_W Was think similar but the 5G prompt off 5/4g put me off a little!
