Cant access broadband deals whilst signed in

I cant access the broadband deals when im signed in it comes up with this error.

"Sorry, this service is not available

For broadband deals go to  our broadband shop"

Anyone able to help with this as im hoping to stay with ee so my bills arent coming out all over the place.

Try doing it from within your MyEE for BB under "Change my BB Plan".

Not working for me either, been like this got months EE don’t care. Was like this on my by account again, they didn’t care.
