Hi
I'm trying to link my broadband account with my phone account but I'm unable to do so using the app or from calling 150 customer service. Any suggestions? 150 said they had done it, but I still cant setup my direct debit for my broadband

Hi @Phlarre I'm sorry about that, did the 150 Guide raise an account merge request for you?
There is currently a backlog of these but you will get an email once the merge has been completed.
