I have permanently left the country and my broadband is expiring on the 25th of March 2026 and I am unable to cancel my broadband plan as I do not have a UK number anymore.
I am also unable to cancel the plan on my phone, please can anyone help me?

The fact that you are now abroad is immaterial as far as the cancellation process goes, it's exactly the same as for anyone who's in the UK.
Details are under "how to leave" at the bottom of https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/leaving-ee/im-leaving-ee-what-will-happen-with-my-bills
Replace 0330 with +44 330 for when you call to give your notice.

If you no longer want any BB at your home, you need to phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice.
Alternatively, You may write to them giving your 30-day notice of cancellation at:
EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or address of your EE BB location.
Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.
