I have cancelled my Broadband and returned the equipment as requested but have received a letter telling me I owe £26.99.
EE have cancelled my direct debit and now they are telling me I need to send them this payment.

Give EE a call and ask them. That way you can make sure your account is settled.

@jontee1937 call customer support, you’ll probably find but that letter was sent out before the payment was cancelled.

Had you completed your min. term when you cancelled?
