How to cancel a guide's visit for installing a router? I did it myself

@Maks4  You would need to call customer services. There is no one with account access on here so no idea who you are to be able to cancel anything.

Have a look on the suppot help pages https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline 

But given you managed to order a Guide I had assumed you would use the same way to cancel them.
