EE Smarthub 3 and latest iOS.
Start the process to set up WiFi controls but never gets past the first step (see photo).
deleted and reinstalled the app
reset and restarted the hub
nothing works

@CJMH Note the serial number on your replacement EE Router, give EE a call tomorrow and have them check that it matches what they have and is activated!

Sorry should have added that detail. Original installation was over a year ago. This is a replacement hub as the previous one stopped working, now just can get the WiFi controls set up from the app

I can’t get my discs set up with the app either
I didn’t have wifi for days
Now got it back on but can’t connect the discs
Tried everything so many times
Got to be the worst app ever

Yes Jim they worked for a year til our wifi gave up
Hub back on but no matter what we try we can’t get them connected
Tried calling, all they can offer is an engineer’s visit !,
Wish I’d never left BT

@koalakoala You have done well i only lasted 11 months before going elsewhere!
What was the cause of the first down that you now have all the issues with? They did not per chance just do a EE Router swapout with you?
