My wife and I changed to ee WiFi. Now my wife’s phone and my iPad will not connect to the WiFi. My wife’s phone is a Samsung phone. Both devices worked on the old WiFi. My iPad will connect for a little then cut out. It shows full WiFi connection but no internet access. I’ve tried resetting all of the devices and turning off other devices added to the WiFi. I can’t see any reason for the devices not to connect.

Does anything work with your EE BB?
What lights show on the router?
If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.
Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@Chaosmnk Depending on which EE/BT router you have and by the sounds you did get a new replacement one, the link below shows all the current EE versions by picture, you may just have to setup and use the compatible Network feature!

Set up and use Compatible WiFi | Broadband Help | EE linked if you need to do this!
