Depends which black hub! It should have a model name on a label on it.

@RosieRie : Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

@RosieRie : Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then look on the Advanced > Advanced WiFi page.
