@Mags07 : Caller ID should be ON as standard but if it isn't you need to call CS to have it activated.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

@Mags07 Hopefully EE CS sort it all out for you, take it you have the device connected into the back off the EE Hub for the CLI to work? The wait may not be to long until someone picks it up. Text is not an option for EE regarding it, PHONE to 66033 is the other text option for EE to check the phone system out though. That may get EE to call you back once system test is done.

Well, after some time he came back to me,said it was fixed then rang back.Came back as BT. So after he'd gone I rang from my mobile.Nothing.So that was an hour wasted.

@Mags07 Now reset your EE Hub, switch it off, give it 5 minutes then back on again, check it out after that time. When it was called back did the phone display to you BT Guide calling, if so landline operation may be working fine now, and just waiting on all the mobile side syncing up.

Will do,thank you.
