@Mags07 When did you change over from PN to the EE system for both Broadband and Phone, take it you landline was working fine for the CLI, seemingly with the Link i sent you the EE/BT DV version off the phone is tickety boo, but have  reached out to the OP let's see if a response happens. @adrianmarsh if you care to reply.

2 weeks ago.Caller display worked fine on Plusnet.The whole procedure has been very smooth so far,no issues at all.

I'll just have to answer every phone call,and if they are unwanted I will block the number.

@Mags07 Lets just see if the other Poster has time to spare with an answer, DV Digital Voice operation is just slightly different in operation and it may just all be working Fine at the Dect Frequency end off the business but not getting out to the ATA phone interface, all you can do is have someone call you from a landline then a few mobile type calls to see what and if a caller ID number pops up on your phone just like the link to the other post that @adrianmarsh posted.

I had my sister phone me from her landline and used my mobile too.Nothing so.far but I will see how it goes.

Thank you so much for all the help and information you've given me.I'm just annoyed that the person I spoke to at EE assured me he had fixed  it .Plusnet were so much better at customer service.If only they hadn't given up offering landlines.🙄

Interesting to.see someone else with the same issue.After the lengths he's gone to,I don't think there's much chance of mine being sorted out.

@Mags07 What's even worse there was NO need for you to move, you should have kept all PN for the broadband and just moved your phone to a VOIP provider, but it's too late now. Will let you know how my vodafone version pans out supposed to go live Friday, and that's 3 months with nothing at all as the ball was dropped bigtime....

Plusnet showed no.interest in keeping our broadband.It wasn't a very good speed anyway.It was all.arranged for us,which as pensioners was good because we always prefer the easiest route !

@Mags07 👍, all we have to do now is get to the bottom off the CLI not getting through to your phone or phones. EE may have done a refresh on the DV Digital Voice side, you just never know a day or so it may just all spring into life.

If you are using the landline for outgoing calls and you have NO EE call package applied, it does get very expensive very very quickly with the per minute call rate, not sure what PN was like. Keep that all in the back off your mind...
