I have been contacting EE multiple times on and on about how they need to bring a engineer to place a broadband box and they say the will do it today but its 11 and I know they are not coming.

@Nejat  i am not sure what you mean.

Are you waiting for a new install or a repair on an existing service?

This is not customer service, so no one has details of what you are waiting for, but no one will be coming out today. Normal engineer visiting times are between 0800 and 1600 - appointments are normally either in the morning or afternoon.

What is this BB box? Is it a router or the ONT modem fixed to an inner wall? EE don't send out engs to fit routers. They are self-install.
