Broadband increased by £2+ in second and third months??

It's meant to be £26.99 a month, there are no extra usage charges on the bill, what's going on EE?

It'll be this year's annual contractual CPI+ increase of 7.9% in April. It checks out.

Ok, that's fair.. except there's a difference in the pence, e.g. £29.12 then £29.45, I don't understand that, as it's meant to be a set price.
