Hello, when I joined EE from plusnet I was told that if you come over to us we will pay any fine that you have to pay plusnet. Plusnet took the money but have not heard anything about getting it paid into my account from e.e.

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.
