I've recently paid my bill and still no service at all and can anyone tell me how long it would take to be reconnect again

Once your payment clears, we recommend it can take up to 24 hours for your line to reactivate. 

It'll often be quicker than this though, so please keep an eye out and I'm confident you'll be back online soon 😊

It takes time for the payment to go through and make sure that the payment clears, so when did you make the payment?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
