EE broadband is always dropping out. The App is useless and all EE want to is sell things not making sure there system works properly and customer are satisfied. I can't test my speed fom the app without opening an EE I'd account. Absolutely rubbish can't wait for thd contract to end so I can move to something that works.

Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?
Try a wired speedtest here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

Still find EE to be rubbish. Every time I check the broadband speed it days they can improve my connection. Makes no difference and app still says my connection can be improved and to reboot it. Thecamont of time wasted rebooting the system should equate to a refund. Can't wait for the contract to end. Absolutely rubbish provision.
