I’m switched from BT to EE however I’ve noticed the WiFi speed have went down rapidly. And also I want to use the EE app but it says my account number is incorrect?

Hi Welcome to the forum
Do you have FTTP service?
Have you still got the My BT app on your phone?
If you open this app and log in you should see your EE Account number.

Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?

@Ewan15 : You can't login to the app until you have linked your BB to it for which you need your a/c no.
