I transferred my broadband from BT to EE in November 2023. I was unable to view my EE broadband billing and started a conversation with EE in Nov 23. Two formal complaints raised with EE and still active. 16 'guides' spoken to so far , all made false promises to get it fixed or failed to ring my back. 4 hours 40 minutes on the phone s far. Still cant see any broadband billing and in September 2024..

Join a long list of us that cannot view the broadband or digital phone bill online, or cannot pair the router to the My EE app to control the WiFi.
BT have recently started a BT to EE migration trial for people coming over to EE.

Yes! EE Had to create a separate second EE user ID with me supplying them with a brand new email address, I used Gmail,
It's a workaround, mobile on 1 UD broadband on another separate ID, but at last after 15 hours of phone calls I can now see online broadband bills and managed to PAIR the router to the MY EE app
